Training Services

Class Room Training: (Based on 8 users)

Your staff training is important to us.  So when you request staff training you receive quality training of up to 8 users per class to ensure each student receives the best ambience for learning.

Single company booking: A standard full day course £700 per day (£87.50 per delegate)

Single user attendance: A standard full day course £160 vat per delegate

Training Clinic: (Full day)

Your company can book a trainer on site at your location for a full day.  You can allocate key members of staff who can bring specifc questions and learning needs to the "clinic".  Please contact us for further information. 

Full day clinic for up to 8 users: £700 per day

Floor walking: (Full day)

When you implement new software to all your staff, there can be an feeling of  anxiety.  You can hire one of our trainers for the day to walk your office floors and take away the hassel from your support staff.  Your staff will be made to feel at ease and have the confidence that they have an expert at hand. 

Full day floor walking (unlimited users): £725 per day

One to one: (Dedicated user training)

Your staff can receive dedicated training specific to their own needs. One to one training means your staff can learn at a pace they feel comfortable with.  There are no distractions from other class delegates which probably means less learning time required.

 Each course can be tailored to fit the specific users needs and can even consist of mixed subjects if required.

Single user (Client site): £65 ph (plus resonable pre-agreed expenses)

Single user (Our site): £75 ph

Remote access coaching:

Save time and disruption by using our remote access coaching system.  You can save money by booking an allocated time slot with our training team.  Our trained staff can remote to your PC and carry out a virtual training session over the phone.  Your staff need never leave the office or their desk saving you time and money.

Remote access coaching: £55 ph

Training Documentation:

Save time and resources by outsourcing the production of training manuals and process documentation for your internal department projects.  We can remove the hassel by providing your with a key member of our organisation to work alomgside your team and professionally create documentation to your very high standard.  You can handover the hassel of printing and book binding to us, giving you more time to do what you do best.

Training documentation is billed at £25 per user.
